We're looking for a Client Development Manager, someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and creating long-term partnerships. You might come from recruitment, the Defence industry, or another commercial environment. What matters most is your ability to connect with people and deliver outcomes.
What you'll do
• Develop and execute a business development strategy focused on Defence and adjacent industries including maritime, land systems, aerospace and sustainment.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across primes, integrators, OEMs and Tier 1 contractors.
• Identify upcoming projects, tender opportunities and panel arrangements for workforce supply.
• Work closely with Brunel's delivery teams to provide tailored recruitment and workforce solutions that meet client needs.
• Represent Brunel at industry events, networking functions and Defence expos to strengthen our brand and partnerships.
What we're looking for
• Proven success in business development, account management or stakeholder engagement, ideally within Defence, engineering or professional services.
• A background in Defence (serving member, veteran or civilian professional) will be highly regarded.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to navigate complex organisational structures.
• A proactive, relationship-driven mindset with a genuine passion for connecting people and opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a professional yet down-to-earth approach.
