About the Opportunity:

* Manage your own caseload, conduct comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments and develop tailored intervention plans
Key Responsibilities:
* Uphold clinical governance, ensuring compliance with legislation, standards, and Rocky Bay policies
* Work collaboratively across interdisciplinary teams to ensure outstanding customer outcomes
* Have a strong understanding of person- and family-centred practice
* Ability to implement and promote contemporary best practice
Rocky Bay is looking for individuals who:
* Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
* Have a current AHPRA registration
* Experience in building successful working relationships with customers, families, carers, and stakeholders.
* Proven experience in providing occupational therapy services, preferably in a disability or community setting
* Experience with complex equipment assessment and prescription (desirable)
* Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills
* Sound knowledge of Work Health & Safety and risk management
