We are continuing to experience strong growth and are pleased to announce an immediate opening for a National Sales Manager, who will lead PEAK’s retail strategy in Australia and New Zealand, with a focus on accelerating growth across Bunnings Warehouse and key national partners. Based in Melbourne and reporting to the VP Sales, this role will work with PEAK’s Marketing and Inventory teams, as well as our national in-store sales and distribution partners to strengthen customer relationships and ensure flawless execution of PEAK’s go-to-market strategy across the market.
This is a strategic leadership role for a collaborative, hands-on sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications
Education&Experience
* 10+yearsofprogressivesalesleadershipexperience,ideallywithinbuildingmaterials,homeimprovementorretailpartnerships.
* Strongunderstandingofretailprograms,merchandising,andcategorymanagement.
* Strategicthinkerwithstrongbusinessacumenandtheabilitytotranslatestrategyintoaction.
* Exceptionalrelationship-buildingandcommunicationskills.
* Stronganalyticalcapability,withtheabilitytointerpretsalesmetricsandmarketdata.
* Demonstratedsuccessleadingdistributedteamsandfosteringacollaborativeculture.
