What you'll be doing
* Operate a Rear Lift truck to collect, transport, and dispose of waste and recyclable materials locally
* Work safely on commercial & industrial sites around other heavy vehicles and equipment
* Complete daily safety checks and paperwork
* Maintain a professional appearance and clean work environment
* Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
What you'll bring
* Current HR license with a good driving record
* Solid knowledge of transport safety and compliance
* A positive attitude and pride in your work
* Experience in waste industry is desirable but not necessary
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication skills and a customer‐first approach
