Within this Centre of Excellence sit Digital Marketing Communications, the control centre for multi-channel direct customer contact combining marketing, engagement, and service messaging in one team.
About the role
Known internally as a Digital Marketing Communications Specialist you will manage highly effective communications and campaigns via a Marketing Automation suite of tools with a focus on the customer segmentation and personalisation of communications.
**As the Digital Marketing Communications Specialist, you will**:
Undertake research and analysis of data to provide insights to identify and drive Marketing engagement opportunities
Identify the best selection of customers to ensure timely and relevant content is delivered
Manage best practice and expertise around the customer experience using the Marketing Automation suite
Regularly monitor holistic effectiveness and performance metrics and indicators
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and manage the delivery of campaigns
Contribute to post implementation reviews to measure the success of marketing campaigns including test and learn activities
Our Digital Marketing team is experiencing high growth to meet internal demands, and we currently have three Digital Marketing Communications Specialist positions available: 1 x permanent and 2 x 12-month fixed term contract opportunities that have genuine possibility of extension. All positions are full time.
**These roles can be based in the following locations**: Melbourne, Adelaide, or Bendigo for the days that you are in the office, and then other days you'll be working from home to help better balance your life and work.

**About you**:
Prior experience in a similar Marketing Automation / Data Specialist role within a large complex organisation
A proven track record of delivering successful, data-driven marketing automation campaigns/solutions
Experience with Marketing Automation Software (Unica Campaign, Acoustic Campaign or similar MarTech platforms)
Experience in business analytics and data analysis, and ability to find and communicate insights to a range of audiences (technical and non-technical)
Experience working with Enterprise Customer Relationship Management systems
A relevant tertiary degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or related discipline
