Benefit from established resources and a supportive network About The Role: We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to support our busy Caringbah branch. This role is perfect for someone organised and friendly who enjoys variety in their day. You’ll be taking care of behind-the-scenes admin while also helping customers when needed. Your responsibilities will include: Processing and tracking customer orders, including special requests, and following up as needed Assisting with purchasing and supplier coordination to ensure stock availability Maintaining website product listings Answering incoming calls and emails, directing enquiries to the appropriate person Supporting the sales team at the counter when required Providing general branch admin support This is a full-time Monday to Friday role based in Caringbah, with flexible start and finish times – commit to either a 6am–2pm or 9am–5pm shift. A Bit About You: Experienced: Previous admin, customer service or sales experience in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with systems: Confident with computer systems and previous experience with Microsoft Office Organised & Reliable: Able to manage tasks independently and follow through with a strong attention to detail Team-oriented: Willing to assist wherever needed to help the team Friendly & Professional: Great communicator via phone and email Ready to join?
