We are seeking an experienced and professional waiter/waitress to join our Hobart waterfront venue. This role requires confidence in delivering high‑end service with precision, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality.
Our venue showcases refined modern dining, Tasmanian produce, and award‑winning single malt whisky and gin. We are looking for someone who upholds premium service standards and takes pride in their craft.
About the Role
* Provide refined, attentive, high‑end table service
* Manage a section confidently and independently
* Strong food, wine, whisky, and cocktail knowledge (or willingness to learn)
* Maintain professional presentation, pacing, and guest engagement
* Work collaboratively with FOH & BOH for seamless service
The role can evolve into part‑time or full‑time positions available.
Requirements
* Previous experience in premium or fine‑dining service (required)
* Ability to carry 3 plates, pour wine, and run a full section
* Strong communication and attention to detail
* Must be available nights and weekends
* RSA required

* Must be available to start immediately.
