We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients.
About the Role
* Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex issues related to Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and endpoint management.
* Set up and configure user devices, manage system access, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Requirements
* Prior experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
* Proven skills in troubleshooting Cisco Networks across LAN/WAN as well as Vo IP.
* At least 3 years' experience with M365 and Azure.
* Demonstrated knowledge of root cause analysis within a helpdesk role.
* Excellent communication skills.
* A valid driver's license and a readily accessible vehicle.
