About the Role
This challenging opportunity requires an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to take charge of requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and process mapping across multiple high-impact programs.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in uplifting current legacy systems to Dynamics 365 while ensuring a smooth and successful transition. This will involve working closely with business and technical teams to define, manage, and deliver project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full requirements lifecycle, including elicitation, analysis, documentation, traceability, and prioritization.
* Lead requirement gathering with stakeholders, translating complex business needs into clear functional and non-functional specifications.
* Design and document future-state business processes focusing on optimization and efficiency.
* Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinating with business users to ensure system alignment with requirements.
* Collaborate with technical teams on data migration, assisting with data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
* Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear project communication.
* Support change management, including training material development and user adoption initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst in a complex enterprise environment. They should have excellent process modelling, documentation, and stakeholder facilitation skills, as well as experience working within a SaaS environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Information Technology, or a related field), or equivalent practical experience.
* IIBA Certifications (International Institute of Business Analysis).
* CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), or CCBA (Certification of Capability in Business Analysis).
