An established organisation operating within the professional services sector is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead its finance function and support strategic decision making.
This is a senior hands‐on role responsible for end‐to‐end financial management, statutory compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with executive leadership to ensure financial governance, performance insights, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all accounting and financial operations
* Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
* Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
* Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and audit requirements
* Partner with senior leaders on financial strategy and performance
* Improve finance systems, controls, and reporting processes
* Lead and develop finance team members as applicable
About You
* CPA or CA qualified
* Strong experience in a Finance Manager or similar senior role
* Proven expertise across management reporting and compliance
* High level stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Experience improving finance processes and controls
* Commercial mindset with strong analytical capability
