Key Responsibilities:
* Design engaging lifestyle programs that cater to diverse interests.
* Support new residents and ensure compliance with aged care standards.
* Document participation and outcomes of lifestyle activities to measure effectiveness.
* Advocate for residents and contribute to safe, respectful living environments.
Requirements:
* A National Police Certificate or willingness to obtain it.
* First Aid Certification.
* Manual Handling training.
* Valid Driver's Licence.
* Understanding of aged care issues.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle or equivalent qualification.
