**The Opportunity**
- Work on a contemporary A-Grade commercial asset for our prestigious client account; Charter Hall.
- Ensure a high level of Customer satisfaction through the efficient and effective delivery of all building services(hard and soft services) within the building
- Risk management compliance and sustainability initiatives
- To be responsible for the efficient, safe, cost-effective operation, maintenance, and development of all services
- To support the property teams through operational and facilities management delivery and advice
- You must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for a government security clearance.

**About you**
- Facilities management experience preferably within a commercial asset
- You must be an Australian citizen eligible for a government security clearance.
- Able to work autonomously and build strong, effective working relationships with clients and colleagues
- A working knowledge of all property onsite facilities services, not limited to fire safety measures, mechanical services, hydraulic and structural
