Key Responsibilities
* Develop consumer journey maps to illustrate consumer insights and behaviours
* Provide actionable insights and initiatives to connect with consumers throughout their journey
* Create insightful connections strategies and bring fresh thinking to creative strategy and teams
* Research and Data
* Apply understanding of first-party data and audience segmentation for data briefs and message matrices
* Interpret and visualise data for colleagues and presentations
* Social and Digital Expertise
* Stay up-to-date with the evolving social and digital comms landscape, including opportunities across social media, Meta, Google, TikTok, AI, gaming, etc.
* Brand Strategy Development
* Support disruptive brand and campaign strategies to drive business growth and cultural impact
* Cultural Insights
* Stay ahead of cultural trends and consumer behaviours, identifying opportunities for culturally relevant campaigns
* Thought Leadership
* Contribute to industry discussions and publications, positioning our agency as a leader in innovation and creativity
