Required Skills and Qualifications
* Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent required.
* Experience caring for people living with Dementia desirable.
* Minimum of 6 months work experience as an PCA within the aged care sector or disability services preferred.
* Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and team members.
* Strong passion for working with the elderly.
