Role Description
This full-time, on-site role for a CRICOS RTO General Manager is based in Southport, QLD. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading the operations, compliance, and strategic direction of the Registered Training Organisation (RTO). Key tasks involve overseeing registration compliance with CRICOS and RTO regulations, managing human resources, developing and implementing business strategies to achieve growth objectives, maintaining strong industry relationships, and driving performance outcomes. The role also involves ensuring a high standard of learner experience, government reporting, and staff supervision while adhering to the principles of iProgress Academy.
Qualifications
* Comprehensive knowledge and experience in CRICOS and RTO compliance regulations, academic governance, and service delivery within the education sector.
* Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and team management skills.
* Proficiency in strategic planning, business development, and operational management in educational institutions.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* Relevant qualifications in education, business, leadership, or related fields.
* Prior experience in a managerial role within an CRICOS RTO.
* Strong knowledge of the ESOS Act, National Code of Practice, PRISMS reporting obligations, ASQA Standards and education agent management frameworks.
