We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Travel Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time permanent role working at our Corporate Head Office in Somersby.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating corporate travel arrangements for internal staff, ensuring a seamless and efficient travel experience.

This position plays an important role in supporting our business operations by coordinating domestic and international travel, accommodation, and conference logistics.


Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and book domestic and international flights for employees.
* Arrange hotel and accommodation bookings in line with company travel policies.
* Manage travel arrangements for conferences, meetings, and corporate events.
* Liaise with airlines, hotels, and travel providers to secure the best options.
* Maintain accurate travel records and itineraries.
* Provide travellers with detailed itineraries and travel documentation.
* Handle changes, cancellations, and last-minute travel requests efficiently.
* Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budgets.

About You

* Previous experience in corporate travel coordination, travel administration, or a similar role.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders across the business.
* Experience using travel booking systems or coordinating travel arrangements.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing schedules.
