We're looking for a Sales Director to drive strategic sales growth, lead a high-performing team, and contribute directly to the company's next phase of expansion.
This is a player-coach role — perfect for a hands-on sales leader who can sell and scale.
Responsibilities Lead Sales Strategy – Take charge of enterprise sales, drive new business, and grow key accounts.
Grow Revenue – Build, refine, and scale sales processes to hit ambitious revenue targets.
Be a Player-Coach – Mentor the team while actively contributing to deals and pipeline.
Expand the Market – Spot new opportunities, assess competitors, and guide market positioning.
Strengthen Client Relationships – Build trusted partnerships with enterprise customers to boost retention and satisfaction.
Work Cross-Functionally – Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align sales with broader goals.
Qualifications 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
A track record of scaling sales teams and multiplying global revenue in high-growth B2 B Saa S environments.
Expertise in trust-based selling frameworks
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to map stakeholders, analyse client needs, and run compelling software demos.
Deep understanding of data-driven sales strategies, CRM platforms (Hub Spot preferred), and outbound sales workflows.
Exposure to compliance-heavy industries (e.g., energy, infrastructure, mining).
A self-motivated, high-energy leader with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
