The opportunity Our Customer Process and Continuous Improvement team is growing! We are seeking applications from highly proficient Lean Six Sigma qualified Process Improvement Practitioners with an eye for efficiency to lead and deliver improvement initiatives across end-to-end customer processes, enhancing Bupa Health Insurance's business capabilities. You’ll coordinate with various teams, including CX, operations, technology, data science, finance, and risk management, to review and optimize core processes.Continuous improvement thought leadership, stakeholder management, facilitation, problem-solving, and a bias towards customer impact are crucial. Excellent communication, Lean Six Sigma process improvement expertise, and a track record of successful project delivery are critical to managing multiple improvement projects simultaneously.This is a permanent full-time position, based in our Melbourne offices. (Bupa offers hybrid working arrangements split between home and office.) How will I help? You will add value by:
1. Identify and prioritise process improvement opportunities through reviews and collaboration.
2. Implement process improvement initiatives and support process owners with Lean Six Sigma tools.
3. Provide coaching on waste elimination and data-driven decision-making.
4. Govern, report, and embed sustainable improvements while fostering collaboration and communication.

5. A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in business and process improvement or continuous improvement gained within an insurance, financial services, healthcare or similarly regulated industry
6. Advanced experience in leading Lean Six Sigma process methodologies and tools (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, Hypothesis testing).
7. Expertise in problem-solving and leading cross-functional teams.
8. Strong analytical, communication, and MS Office skills.
9. Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification with demonstrated impact required.
10. Tertiary qualifications in engineering, business administration, or related field
