Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring smooth running of activities, staffing and parent engagement.
* Mentor and support educators through coaching and professional growth initiatives.
* Develop and implement engaging activities that cater to children's diverse needs and abilities.
* Prioritise children's safety and well-being by adhering to strict policies and procedures.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:
* A relevant Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
* At least 3 years of experience in a licensed childcare setting, preferably in a leadership role.
* A current Blue card is mandatory.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
* Ability to manage priorities effectively and collaborate with colleagues.
