Job Summary:
A highly skilled Customer Service and Sales Consultant is needed to provide exceptional customer experiences through outstanding service delivery. This role involves working collaboratively with customers to identify their needs and delivering tailored solutions that enhance their lives.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences by helping customers find the right products and services to suit their needs.
* Be the go-to tech expert, staying up-to-date with the latest gadgets and services, and offering informed guidance and solutions.
* Achieve and excel by using consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, while keeping customers connected.
* Collaborate and contribute by working closely with your team to create a welcoming environment where everyone is supported to achieve store goals.

Benefits:
* An hourly rate of $30.33 per hour.
* Junior rates apply for those under 20 years of age.
* Penalty rates are as follows: 25% for weekday hours worked after 6 PM, 25% for hours worked on Saturday, 100% for hours worked on Sunday and 150% for hours worked on public holidays.
* Plus 12% Superannuation.
* Plus 10% Variable Remuneration.
