The Opportunity
At Sports Direct Australia, everything begins and ends with the consumer. As we continue our rapid expansion across Australia and New Zealand, with new retail stores opening across the country, our digital presence is more important than ever.
We're looking for an eCommerce Specialist to help elevate the online experience and drive the performance of our digital platform. Working closely with the eCommerce Manager and wider digital team, you'll play a key role in optimising our online channels, improving conversion, and delivering a premium customer journey.

What You'll Be Doing
Product Content & Online Merchandising
* Manage product content including imagery, data and descriptions to ensure accurate and compelling product launches
* Work closely with Buying teams and global brand partners to deliver premium product visuals online
* Maintain pricing accuracy, coordinate promotions, and ensure alignment between online and in-store offers
Website & Digital Channel Management
* Collaborate with the eCommerce Manager and Marketing team to deliver seamless omnichannel experiences
* Support across digital channels including paid media and EDM campaigns
* Contribute to SEO optimisation and ongoing digital marketing initiatives to drive traffic and conversion
Site Performance & Continuous Improvement
* Support monthly site deployments and platform updates
* Monitor site performance, identify bugs, and work with support teams to resolve issues quickly
* Continuously improve website functionality, speed, and user experience to deliver a best-in-class online journey
What You'll Bring
* 2+ years' experience in eCommerce, ideally within retail or a fast-paced digital environment
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing demands
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for visual briefs is highly desirable
* A proactive mindset with a "Make it Happen" attitude
* Strong communication skills and confidence working with internal teams and major brand partners
* The ability to work autonomously and thrive in a high-growth environment
* Most importantly - a passion for sport, retail, and delivering great customer experiences.
