Job Title: Fixed Wireless Network Specialist
Description
We are seeking a skilled Fixed Wireless Network Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our fixed wireless services to residential and commercial customers.
Your primary role will involve installing and maintaining fixed wireless network equipment at customer premises and transmission sites. You will work closely with our provisioning team to ensure that all installations are completed efficiently and effectively.
You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing faults on our fixed wireless network, providing excellent customer service at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience: We are looking for candidates with previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
* Technical skills: You will need to have strong technical skills, including knowledge of network equipment from vendors such as Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, Netonix, SIAE, SAF, NEC and Ignitenet.
* Qualifications: You will need to hold current qualifications in senior first aid, police clearance, white card and working at heights.
* Certifications: You will need to hold certifications in yellow card, elevated work platform and restricted/open registration cabling licence including structured endorsement.
