ABOUT THE ROLE
* Searching for senior clinicians (2+ years of experience).
* Sustainable productivity targets at 60%, with incentives kicking in from 50%.
* Promotion reviews every 12 weeks to fast-track your growth.
* Formal structured supervision and mentoring included.
* Choose full-time (4 days a week), or a 6/12-month contract.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
* 2+ years of experience an Occupational Therapist
* Recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy
* Registration or eligibility for registration with APHRA
* National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check, First Aid Certificate & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
