About the Role
As a Motorcycle Sales Cadet, you'll learn the skills to become a successful sales professional in the motorcycle industry. This full-time role includes a 5-day work week (including Saturdays) and offers hands-on experience in:
* Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
* Mastering the Road to a Sale process.
* Selling motorcycles, accessories, and services.
* Coordinating with Service, Parts & Accessories teams to deliver a complete customer experience.
* Managing sales paperwork and reaching out to potential customers.
What We Are Looking For:
* A genuine passion for motorcycles.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Team player with a customer-first mindset.
* Motorcycle licence preferred (or willingness to obtain one).
* Availability to work Saturdays.
