About the Role
You'\'ll begin with a manageable portfolio of around 50 properties, with room to expand as your skills and confidence develop. This is a hands-on, end-to-end property management role, covering:
Routine and final inspections
Collecting and managing property management accounts
Tenant and landlord communications
Using
Property Tree
and
Inspection
Manager systems
Overseeing the daily operations of a residential property portfolio
Developing and maintaining quality relationships with tenants, owners, and contractors
Coordinating maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely and quality outcomes
Handling tenant inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Collecting and managing rental accounts
Preparing and maintaining accurate records and reports
You'll have strong support from our
senior property manager, receptionist, and office team
every step of the way.
What We're Looking For
Current
WA Property Management registration
Current
driver's licence
Strong knowledge of WA tenancy legislation
Real-world experience is an advantage, but not essential - we'll support the right person to grow
A professional communicator with excellent organisation and teamwork skills
