About the role:
* Oversee and coordinate daily civil construction activities on site
* Manage the installation of pipelines and other underground infrastructure
* Drive compliance with relevant safety and environmental requirements
* Liaise with clients, stakeholders and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery
* Lead and mentor teams, fostering a high performing culture
What we are looking for:
* Experience in a similar role, with a focus on civil construction, pipelines and underground services
* Experience with micro tunnelling and associated activities is highly desirable
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Ability to deliver quality outcomes within project timeframes
* Commitment to safety and environmental compliance
