Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their team in a permanent full-time capacity. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: * Acting as first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email * Assisting with orders, product enquiries and general requests * Liaising with sales, operations and logistics teams * Providing accurate information and ensuring timely follow-up * Maintaining high standards of service and professionalism This is a hands-on role within a supportive team environment. You will play an important part in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring customers feel informed and supported.
