Piggy Food Co is North Freo's favorite craft beer bar We are a well-established restaurant / bar seeking an enthusiastic and experienced kitchen manager / head chef to join us in this wild ride of saucy meat and beer.
We are looking for long term employees who want to grow with us. We pride ourselves on being a valued part of the community and our focus is on supporting local and ethical producers in order to put out delicious, simple, fresh, interesting and quality food. Our menu features a blend of American and Mexican cuisine that is unique to Southern California, featuring Western Australian produce and free-range meats. We make nearly everything in house from rubs, spices, and awesome sauces to tortillas, cookies and ice cream sandwiches.
We are looking for a capable chef with industry experience and good attention to detail to join our team. Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork are vital to this role. Organizational skills and the ability to multitask are a must.

The Role
* $80k+ per year plus 12% Super
* Ordering
* Day to day running of the kitchen and the pass
* Mondays and Tuesdays are a rostered day off
* Long term stability
