Your new role
In this exciting role, you will be:
- Providing level 2/3 IT support to ~100 employees.
- Administering Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SharePoint and Teams
- Supporting Windows OS, Windows Server, and network infrastructure
- Collaborating on cybersecurity and network engineering tasks
- Participating in system upgrades, deployments, and project work
- Maintaining documentation and contributing to process improvements
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application, you will need:
- Prior experience in providing level 2 IT support.
- Sound knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Windows Server, Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, VMware / Hyper-V, PowerShell and Network troubleshooting.
- Experience with Linux & Ubuntu is preferred.
- Highly developed troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure and Microsoft certifications are beneficial.
