DroneShield is seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join their team.
* This role will focus on drafting, reviewing and managing legal documents including NDAs, commercial contracts, manufacturing/services agreements, and employment agreements. Additionally, the successful candidate will support legal matters related to intellectual property, export controls, and employment law.
* The paralegal will be responsible for vetting third parties interacting with the company, whether they be end-users, resellers, partners, suppliers or contractors, and assist in onboarding these parties. This includes liaising with regulators and coordinating requirements for events.
Responsibilities:
* The Paralegal will draft loan agreements, assist sales directors or project managers with coordinating loans and requirements for DroneShield-operated or affiliated events, and help develop and maintain corporate policies and compliance frameworks.
* This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
