Restaurant Team Leader
Full Time 30 hours per week
Fully Flexible, Including Weekends.
We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor with a passion and flair for the restaurant and catering industry. This is a very hands-on role and as such you will need to work to a very high standard and be proactive, highly motivated, organised and results driven with good communication skills. You will be working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is essential. You should also have relevant kitchen experience as well as Front of House and Back of House skills.
You will be required to work some weekends and bank holidays and must be flexible during busy holiday/peak periods and be available for overtime. There are no evenings or split shifts.
Duties include:
• To establish and maintain excellent standards of guest service
• Manage small team of staff
• Assist with stock taking
• Plan staff rotas
• Deputise in the Restaurant Manager's absence
• Adhere to company policies and ensure that these are fully communicated to all team members
• To establish and maintain the highest standards of hygiene in accordance with Health & Safety
Skills required:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong FoH and BoH skills
• Computer literate including Word and Excel
• Barista experience
• Good problem solver
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge/experience of stock taking.
