Operating Theatre Registered Nurse Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Operating Theatre Registered Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the theatre during surgical procedures and ensuring patient safety.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with patient preparation, positioning and recovery
* Monitor patient vital signs and report any concerns to the anaesthetist or surgeon
* Prepare operating equipment and maintain a clean and safe environment
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient patient care
Requirements:
* Degree in Nursing (or equivalent)
* Current registration with the relevant nursing board
* Experience in an operating theatre setting (preferably as a scrub nurse)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
