The Position
The Community Inclusion Program (CIP) supports residents of Social and Community Housing in Oaks Estate, ACT, including people experiencing rough sleeping. The program focuses on strengthening independence, social participation and community connection through person-centred case management and innovative support approaches.
As a full-time Case Manager within the CIP team, you will provide one-on-one case management support to our companions (clients). You will work collaboratively with housing providers, stakeholders, rough sleepers, and Social and Community Housing tenants in Oaks Estate to support them in achieving their individual goals and building meaningful community connections.
Funded by the ACT Government’s Community Services Directorate Housing and Homelessness Services, the program empowers participants to make informed decisions, build skills and confidence, access mainstream services, and positively contribute to their community. The role also contributes to broader organisational projects and operates in line with the ACT Government Service Delivery Schedule for Specialist Homelessness Services and wellbeing indicators.
Please note this is a fixed term full time parental leave replacement position until 30 January 2027.
About You
You will hold a Certificate IV in Case Management, Mental Health or higher (desirable), with demonstrated experience in substance and alcohol misuse support, and/or substantial experience in a similar Case Manager role within a complex environment, including High Density Social and Community Housing.

Successful applicants must be willing to undertake a National Police Check upon commencement and either hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) card. A current driver’s licence is required.
