Job Overview

The Business Support Coordinator plays a vital role in facilitating the efficient operation of the Playgroup Services Unit.

Responsibilities include coordinating administrative and procurement activities, contributing to work practices, and providing project support.

This role offers a meaningful opportunity to make a significant contribution to the Department for Education South Australia.


Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate fleet management, human resources requirements, program reporting, ICT asset management, professional development coordination, and budget monitoring.
* Support general meetings, provide secretariat services to the South Australian Playgroup Reference Group, and maintain records management systems.


Qualifications and Skills

* No essential qualifications are required for this role.


Conditions of Employment

The successful applicant must gain a Department for Human Services Working with Children Check and complete a Responding to Risks of Harm Abuse and Neglect Facilitator Lead Masterclass course or online Fundamentals course.


Remuneration Package

$85,790 - $95,413 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation and leave loading.
