As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
This is a full-time opportunity with a leader in the Distribution and Service of Medical Equipment, Technology and Parts. The ideal candidate will be based out of Charlotte, NC and focus on net new customers.
The Business Development Representative will partner with Account Managers and Business Development Managers to successfully advance sales opportunities to the next phase. This role presents significant growth opportunities, and BDR's can expect to be on a path to promotion by the end of their first 6months in the role.
This client is seeking highly motivated individuals with an interest in a Sales Career. This is a metrics driven environment, and the reps will be expected to make a minimum of 60 calls/day to their assigned leads, and help set appointments for Account Managers and Business Development Managers. Leads will be provided based off of market segment. These Business Development Reps are eligible for uncapped commission in their first year in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
* 2+ years' experience in a Sales or Business Development role
* Experience calling market qualified leads
* Ability to advance a customer in the Sales Process
