Job Duties
* Identify, inspect, maintain, and rebuild a variety of discharge manifold equipment (DME) under general supervision.
* Inspect and perform NDT of DME including visual inspection, limited ultrasonic, MPI, and pressure test.
* Accurately complete documentation produced within the DME re‐qualification process.
* Participate in QA/QC for the final check of DME.
* Ensure adherence to, and accurate maintenance and input of, data into Halliburton's system of record.
* Mentor junior inspectors and DME technicians.
* Follow specific and detailed work processes within the Halliburton Management System (HMS) during daily job activities.
* Perform own work and provide assistance to others as directed.
* Perform duties in a safe, efficient, and effective manner.
Qualifications
* Very high level of attention to detail and analytical approach, and good understanding of document control.
* High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in oilfield operations and inspection to ASNT II (or equivalent) for VT-visual, UT-ultrasonic (limited qualification), MT-MPI, and PT-pressure test.
