Job Description
The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team through a time of positive change and renewed focus on client outcomes, staff development, and service excellence.
* Lead a Team: Develop and support a high-performing team of Site Supervisors and Support Workers.
* Person-Centred Service Delivery: Drive strengths-based service delivery aligned with client NDIS plans.
* Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Manage staffing, incident management, rostering, and financial oversight.
* Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with families, health practitioners, support coordinators, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent and safe support.
Requirements
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience managing disability, community, or residential services.
* Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of the NDIS, relevant quality and safeguarding standards, and sector legislation.
* Leadership: Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop diverse teams in dynamic service environments.
