Role Overview
We are seeking experienced professionals to provide person-centred and trauma-informed support to individuals with disabilities.
This role involves assisting a friendly but isolated autistic male in his 60s to live independently and achieve meaningful connections within his local community.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and mentoring skills, as well as the ability to work flexible shifts.
To be successful in this position, you will require:
* A good level of fitness
* A current Driver's License and road-worthy vehicle
* An NDIS Worker Screening Check
* A Police Check
