The Theatre Bar at The End of The Wharf offers patrons a relaxed dining space overlooking one of Australia's most iconic views.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Chef to join our team. As an Assistant Chef, you will work closely with the Sous and Head Chefs to ensure efficient food production and quality control.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Running your own section in a busy pre-theatre environment
* Ensuring the highest standards of presentation and quality
* Lunch and dinner shifts rotating Monday to Saturday
* Working 24 hours per week
Requirements:
* Significant experience in fast-paced a la carte service
* Excellent communication skills
* Possession of valid working rights
