Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of complex projects. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the definition and delivery of proposed works, coordinating multiple projects with critical interdependencies, and ensuring best practice in project governance.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, experience working with technical teams, and excellent organizational skills. You will be able to develop close working relationships across the organization and external partners, plan and organize the delivery of scope of works into relevant smaller projects and streams of work.
The role requires robust stage gating to ensure that scope is managed, delivery commitments are met, and issues are remediated. You will also be responsible for executing our six weekly software change delivery cycle and delivering multiple programs under the 12 month delivery roadmap.
About the Role
* Project Management Certifications: PRINCE2, Agile methodologies (kanban and SCRUM), Atlassian software suite (Jira and Confluence)
* Industry Experience: Financial services, Data Warehousing, Portfolio Management Systems, Risk Management Systems, trade lifecycle, and different asset classes
* Key Skills: Organizational skills, stakeholder management, budget management, project governance, risk management, issue resolution, software development lifecycle
