Senior Brand & Marketing Consultant (Campaigns & Acquisition) – 6‐Month Contract
A major global energy retailer brand is preparing for a significant market launch and brand transformation and is seeking an experienced Senior Brand & Marketing Consultant to join the team on a six‐month contract.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across awareness, consideration and acquisition. Working alongside a high‐performing marketing team, you will help bring a new consumer brand to market while shaping campaign strategy, creative development and customer acquisition activity.
The organisation is investing heavily in growth, with a substantial media budget and a major focus on building customer consideration and conversion.
The Role
You will work across the full campaign lifecycle, partnering with internal stakeholders, creative agencies and media agencies to deliver integrated marketing activity across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
* Developing campaign propositions and audience strategies.
* Building integrated marketing campaigns across awareness, consideration and acquisition.
* Translating brand strategy into customer‐facing messaging and campaign activity.
* Briefing and managing creative, media and production agencies.
* Supporting campaign delivery across TV, radio, outdoor, digital and performance channels.
* Managing creative development, production processes and approvals.
* Developing audience‐specific messaging frameworks and campaign journeys.
* Ensuring creative and media strategies are aligned.
* Presenting recommendations and campaign plans to senior stakeholders.
About You
You are an experienced brand, campaigns or integrated marketing professional who has worked within large consumer‐facing organisations, understands how to connect brand activity with customer acquisition outcomes and has managed multi‐million dollar media budgets.
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience leading large‐scale consumer marketing campaigns.
* Strong brand and campaign strategy capability.
* Experience developing customer propositions and messaging frameworks.
* Exposure to both ATL and digital marketing channels.
* Strong agency management experience.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* The ability to operate effectively within a fast‐paced transformation environment.
Experience within sectors such as retail, loyalty, telco, financial services, utilities, travel or subscription‐based businesses will be highly regarded.
