Main Responsibilities:

* Schedule conference rooms, coordinate events, and arrange room setups with food and beverage services.
* Oversee common areas, conduct floor walks, and allocate workspace and meeting rooms.
* Report maintenance issues, manage contractors, handle deliveries, and maintain inventory.
* Operate the switchboard and serve as a central information point for building services.
* Manage visitor registration, access cards, and building security compliance.
* Process service requests, handle invoices, and maintain compliance documentation.
* Act as an emergency warden and support crisis procedures.
* Collaborate with facility management and service partners for daily operations.
* Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest operational enhancements.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in corporate office, hospitality, or events with professional presentation standards.
* Able to engage across all organizational levels with excellent communication skills.
* Flexible and adaptable, handling diverse tasks from reception to event coordination.
* Calm and professional under pressure, effectively managing stress and rapidly changing situations.
