Key responsibilities
* Manage gatehouse operations and site access control.
* Verify and process contractors, visitors, couriers, and truck drivers entering site.
* Monitor and operate security and CCTV systems.
* Maintain accurate records, reports, spreadsheets, and site documentation.
* Conduct security checks and respond to incidents as required.
* Ensure compliance with site security procedures and access requirements.
* Build positive relationships with stakeholders while maintaining a professional security presence.
* Promote a strong safety culture and support operational compliance across the site.
About you
* Previous experience in a security, gatehouse, or access control environment.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and administrative capability.
* Experience with data entry, reporting, and Microsoft Office applications.
* Understanding of CCTV and security systems.
* A current Security Licence and First Aid Certificate.
* Australian citizenship or unrestricted Australian working rights.
* The ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, police check, and reference checks.
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster of 12-hour day and night shifts.
