Key Responsibilities:
* We are seeking a skilled Therapeutic Specialist to join our team based in Grafton and the surrounding areas.
* Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Aboriginal culture and issues impacting children, families, and communities.
* Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored treatment plans, facilitating reflective practice and coaching sessions, delivering direct therapeutic interventions, and collaborating with program staff and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
* A tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.
* Registration with AHPRA or AASW or PACFA.
* Postgraduate training in child, adolescent, and family clinical work or systemic practice is highly regarded.
* A valid driver's licence – pool cars are available for use.
* Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Criminal History Check are mandatory.
