The opportunity: Our team and residents are currently seeking an outstanding General Manager to lead the multidisciplinary team and manage day to day operations at Katoomba Views Care Community. We provide 24/7 registered nurse care, including long-term, palliative, dementia, and respite care, with a strong community connection offering intergenerational programs, live-in pets, volunteers, and opportunities for residents to contribute through activities like fundraising, local fairs, and book clubs and so much more. The ideal candidate will be: A strong and experienced General Manager from a service driven environment – Aged Care/Hospital/Community/Hotel industry professionals.
