To wow us when you audition for this role, you'll need to have star quality and...
- Strong leadership experience and have the ability to maintain strong communication with team members
- A minimum of 5 years plus travel consulting experience - domestic and international
- Understanding and driving team and area business plans, key performance indicators and key business deliverables
- Assessing, troubleshooting and providing solutions to a varying range of customer scenarios
- Identifying gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Maintaining the financial health of the business
- Ensuring all functions deliver a compelling customer experience to maximise the opportunity for retention and customer satisfaction
- While not essential, experience working in corporate travel with Lumina and Sabre is highly desired
