At Reach, we believe in the power of connection. Founded by AFL legend Jim Stynes and filmmaker and producer Paul Currie, we’ve been helping young Australians discover their strengths and build resilience for more than 30 years. Every year, we work face-to-face with tens of thousands of young people across the country — supporting them before they hit crisis points.
About the Role.
The General Manager (GM) is a critical leadership role that works closely with the CEO as a strategic partner and operational support across the business. The GM ensures strategic plans and programs are executed, priorities progressed, and teams aligned.
You’ll bring a unique blend of experience across sectors and functions — with capability in program delivery, stakeholder engagement, marketing, government and partner relationships, and operations. You’re the kind of generalist who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment and isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves.
This is a rare opportunity to shape and support an iconic Australian not-for-profit through its next chapter of growth and impact.
