Your new company
Victorian department that ensures equitable, streamlined, and cost-effective legal services for the community by rendering judgments on a diverse array of cases or by assisting individuals in resolving conflicts. They are looking for a User Experience Designer for a 6-month contract.
Your new role
You'll need to understand the department's functions for different user groups, translate research into high-fidelity wireframes and visual designs, and manage complexities in legacy systems. Work independently and with teams, facilitate workshops, and plan and execute usability tests to validate solutions. Create reports and design artefacts to communicate research findings, and collaborate with stakeholders using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
What you'll need to succeed
* Ability to translate insights into prototypes.
* Proficiency in design systems.
* Comfort with ambiguity and legacy systems.
* Effective collaboration and independent work.
* Experience in conducting usability tests.
* Ability to visualize and present research insights.
* Experience with stakeholders and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
