This role works closely with the Marketing and R&D; teams and is critical to delivering projects and owning and implementing new products from concept to commercialisation. This position will give you strong visibility and access to a wide variety of internal teams including Marketing, Category, Finance, Sales, Supply Chain and Procurement, as well as key stakeholders in the senior leadership team. You will be the driving force of key innovation projects through their whole life cycle, from idea to launch, leading cross functional teams to achieve strong commercial outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Leadership and end to end management of innovation and renovation projects on several brands, across various channels
- Responsibility for the Innovation Gating process, process improvements and recommendations based on available data
- Manage project teams, stakeholder relationships & keep key stakeholders informed on project requirements, progress + risks
- Assess viability of projects and set targets and KPI's to create and sustain an innovation pipeline, that supports an ambitious growth agenda
- Performance evaluation and measurement of all new projects, generating learnings for improvement and inform future innovation

- Experience in NPD Stage Gate, Project Management methods, tools, and processes
- Degree Qualified in Business or Marketing or a related discipline
- 5+ years proven Project Management / Innovation NPD / R&D; experience
- Experience in FMCG and a love of food is advantageous
