Civil Project Lead
Manage onsite civil engineering for residential, commercial and infrastructure builds. Oversee quality and delivery for our rapidly growing operations.

The Opportunity
You will be responsible for managing and executing civil construction projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include civil engineering design, stormwater management, site development, quality control, and project management.
Work opportunities exist across various projects including bulk earthworks, stormwater, water, sewer infrastructure, and roadworks for residential, industrial, and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering projects on time and within set parameters
* Effective programming of daily site activities
* Communication with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
* Management of employees, plant, and equipment
* Leadership and management skills with the ability to mentor others
* Ability to work to deadlines and manage priorities
* Must uphold quality and safety onsite
Our client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic candidate with extensive experience across a range of civil projects, and the ability to manage multiple subcontractors while upholding quality and safety onsite.
* Proven experience within similar Civil Project Engineer roles across a range of civil projects
* Experience in project delivery
* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients
* Ability to work with subcontractors and consultants efficiently daily
* High attention to detail
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related would be preferred
